Tiger barbs are only good for white worms on the glass of tank. Anchor worms are on the body of the fish. If the aro is affected, I don't think the aro will keep still long enough or even allow the tiger barbs to feed on the worms. In fact the barbs might even get infected with the anchor worms. You need to medicate.

Bro, I think is still good to use medication like dimilin. My aro also kanna this moment. At first treating it with pimafix. Though it is good but it only heal the wound left behind by the worm. I thought is already heal and then recently, I found worm coming out from the aro's body and so, I decided to use dimilin. Now my aro is under dimilin treatment. Seem like there is better progress now. The red patch underneth the aro is gone.
