Help Help with my aro

Bros,
My aro jumped and one of it's scale is halfway out but didn't dropped as appear iin picture. From what i know dropped scale will grow back. Can anyone advise whether that scale will drop by itself or i have to pull it out?

Worried and heart pain for my aro.

If u scare den use ur hand to pull it out bro. I also pull it out when this kind of thing happen.

it should drop off within 2-3 day if not maybe you should remove it.
