redcross cloudy eyes & cotton wool

my rtg is currently suffering from cloudy eyes and cotton wools disease...
how do i cure it?
have already change some water, add salt and add in heater.

check water ph...is abt 7.0 and NO2 is near zero....so i assume water is ok...

all other tankmates is fine except the rtg.......

should be sufficient for what u r doing unless 1 week later still cannot cure. salt u add in how much? should be 0.3% concentration to be effective as medication.

For cotton wool i used "MULTICURE" fromaquamedi. AS for Cloudy eye just maintain good water management will do. Cheers!

salt is abt 0.17%....i just add in somemore....
found out that my rtg is getting better....eyes not that cloudy anymore....'cotton wools' also getting lesser....
however, it is not eating....is it due to the high temp in the water? i'm using a 200W heater...i set the temp to 32 deg...
