Default white worm

Today I spotted some white tiny tiny white worm in my tank.It is moving n floating ard my tank..look like earth worm.How do I remove them.Izzt harmful to the aro?

The worms are not harmful. Just an indication that you've got excess waste or uneaten food in your tank & filters. Regular cleaning out of the sponge in your filter & removing uneaten food would help minimise the proliferation of these worms.

The other alternative is to add a dewormer to the tank.
