feeding aros

hi, guys n gals,just 2 share with u my feeding regime of my aros.comments welcome.i feed my 4 arows tues to sun.every mon is totally no feeding day.i found out to trial n error that no feeding on this day makes them lively n alert plus ''cleanse''their system.all 4 aros are btween 3'' to 6''.feeding 2to3x per day.food type:live n pallets.

Thats a good system of feeding.

i feed everyday, my aro will throw tantrum one if no food but wen the food runs out, i fast the aro for bout one or two days till i buy the new food.. so far so good..
