How to identify a stunted aro

Recently bought a rtg, noticed it was tagged in oct 04, now only 8 inches. What is the distincted features of a possible stunted aro, I noticed the finages especially the tail and anal fin slight smaller than other aro. Head is slightly bigger and eye too...is that a stunted rtg? What could have stunted it?

IMOH, shop dun feed too much as if the aro grow big, they have to change it to a bigger tank. So it may look smaller. Just try to pump it urself in a big tank
