Aro eye slightly pop out

one side of my aro's eye slightly pop out abit that mean more come out than the other one.is it consider drop eye ? will feeding bullfrog cause dropeye ? deos water prarmeter do a part in it ?

I observed that aro that has not been eating well ( or owner does not feed frequently ) will have eyes fit nicely ( or sunken inside ) to eye socket.
Mostly those that are well fed might have eyes slightly pop out.

water parameters? I m not sure...
