Default Aro not eating

Hi, I have a 20" aro that just moved from indoor to outdoor and had not eaten since (abt 2 weeks). I believe it is due to the change of environment.

But recently I realise that it often stay at the bottom of the tank motionlessly and only moves when somebody approaches it. Is that normal?

Can anybody help?

Thanks!
