Let me try to help...

1) What brand of Ozonizer and Controller are you using?
2) Where do you place the Controller? (If it leans against the sump then probably the noise comes from the virbration of the return pump)
3) Is the ORP controller light "flashing"?
4) How are the connections of the Ozonizer and Controller?

There should be some reading at the display panel of the ORP controller, if not then something is kaput with either the controller or the probe.

If you need help realtime ... pm me your contact details
thanks for the prompt reply, have PMed u liao, sadly me not at home, really want to know what happen, so sad tat i cannot run the ozone..

The enaly and milwaukee orp controller

it lean at the cabinet door, nothing is virbrating there

3) Is the ORP controller light "flashing"?
not flashing it is red all the way. When i touch the probe which is attached to the controller, the light will flash and virbrating stop

4) How are the connections of the Ozonizer and Controller?
Henry have tell me abt the connection and i think should not be wrong.

When the ORP controller is powered up without the probe then the "red" light should flash one and then goes off.

Also, there should be some reading displayed.

Anyway, here is the connection:

1) Attach probe to BNC connect of the Controller and set your threshold to your requirements.
2) AC/DC adapter to input jack of Milwaukee Controller
3) Power Connector from the Milwaukee connect to a power socket.
4) Insert the power plug of the Ozonizer to the power connector of Milwaukee
5) Power up the AC/DC adapter as well as the Ozonizer.

Take note that the red light should flash intermittently upon power up and then swtches itself off when the setpoint is reached.

To determine this capability, set the 250 mV as the threshold, before settingl the desired mV.

Have fun ..
