change 10 % of the water ,add salt and melafix

Dont change the water as you might introduce "ammonia burns". It is probably due to the water change or temperature of water making it less resistant to cloudy eye.
Melafix, increase temp and salt. and ocean free recovery tablet No.1 (that one that smells of antibiotics).
