Probably fin rot. Watch your water parameters. Do a partial water change. If persistance get anti-fin-rot from LFS. If it turns into major cotton or fungi infections, the cheapest way is do a methylene blue bath. It is a good fungicide but changes the pH and water chemistry alot. Do it in a Q.Tank.
