Ballast Rating for 3' Dymax OB T5 lights

I am posting this for the benefit of others who may be looking or simply curious for information on what thier real ballast rating for thier dymax 3' T5NO lights. The real rating is 21W, not 30W even though it is printed on some tubes as 30W. I clarified this with the agent in Singapore.

The tube layout design showing 30W tubes as in thier website is also erroneous and they will be rectifiying the published info shortly.

I second that as i email the agent as well.

Good to see replies from them. Services certainly improving now in Singapore.
