I can't really help you much for corals, but what i did before i went into NS was to paste notes on my tank indicating what to feed and what to do for water top-ups. Basically i wrote it in as much detail as possible and luckily everything went ok.

I think if you have auto-feeder and auto-topup system will be best
Just leave everything to automation |

Hi Kid ur equipment is enough to overpower ur tank 2mths without water change also no ploblem since ur SPS will be house at other place . Just keep a note for ur parent on what trace element to dose daily and make sure u set ur timer for ur lights and have enough water for top up . Just get ur parent to feed ur fish with enough food once a day. Good luck .

What I did before every trip is to do perform basic cleaning on the skimmer, replace any fiter wool, verify the pumps are working or not by switching off and restarting it, drop a block of time release trace elements, simulate a power failure , top-up reservoir sufficient water with AragaMight, etc.
Feeding wise, just check someone to feed. |
