need help u guys..part 2
Hi all.... This time is abt rubber hose use for air-pumps/C02....I am now using those green rubber air hose(feel like gel) for my C02 connection...what i know there is the normal type of rubber hose..the clear plastic type(hard)..is there any better quality one out there that is leak proof/if so ...what type n how much?thanks again n god bless...

The black hard, rigid types are leak-proof. The clear plastic types should be very easily available and should be good enough for most of us.

The black rubber tubings are supposedly corrosion free or something like that. Because CO2 is acidic so it will wear down the rubber walls of regular tubings slowly and in time a leak will spring.
Of course, these black rubber tubings are much more expensive.. |

You go to C328 regularly? Its hung on the hooks at the right side of the shop, above the area where they have the more common plants like hornwort/java fern as well as the mosses, also where most of the bichirs are situated. IIRC, they have tubings by JBJ. Its pretty good. |
