Cancerous growth inside gill?
I have a friend who has a 18" banjar. recently he noticed the gill has started to open up on one side and he could see a reddish growth a size of a marble inside which seems to be getting bigger by the day As you can imagine it is not an easy to take a pic but does any AFs here have any experience and what intervention, to remove surgically and risk death or leave alone and hope for the best?

Growth in the gill part requires professional medical help from a Vet.

Thanks for all the replies, has anyone experienced this and done your own surgery with success?
