both SB800 and SB600 can be the slave... hmmmm yup, buy one SB800 and a few SB600 if can, might as well skip SB600 and collect a few SB800... very good for future uses [non fish photography] Last edited by slooow; 12-08-2007 at 08:18 PM. |

I was thinking 1 Sb800 for now, and later on 2 Sb600's for fish photgraphy and Portraits. I've always been swaying between nikon and canon, even pentax, but if nikon comes up with something cool to knock canon off (I'm thinking of the Canons 30D replacement) then I'm definately sticking to nikon. I heard that they came up with some new, similar to the Foveon X3 sensor
http://www.dpreview.com/news/0708/07...magesensor.asp Really exciting. When the D200's replacement is out, wow. Nikons pitures are exceptional, the D40's only downside was the lack of cheap lens choices. Now I'm heading for manual focus anyway, so that won't really matter. |

SB600 cannot be used as master in wireless mode. But if not wireless it can be used as a master flash. Don't know if thats what MS Color wanted to tell
