white patch on eyes

Hi my aro got a small white patch on its eyes when i bought it til nw which is ard 3mths but dun thk its cloudy eyes as its quite solid white..wat is it n wat can i do to cure it

Any pics? Water parameters readings? such as ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
