my aro has cloudy eye on one side b4, i have tried Melafix(blue bottle) and works.
According to instructions on the bottle it states for body slime & mouth fungus also.

I usually used pima & Mela combo to speed up the fungus treatment

Methylene blue, or a salt bath is recommended.
You need to find out how the fish got infected in the first place. Try to review your water quality, increase aeration and check the water parameters - ph, ammonia, and nitrite. Clean the tank of leftovers, and filter wool regularly.
