small white dot in eye pupil

hi bros want to ask if its a perm defect?
its a small white dot in the center of the pupil.. cant really notice unless look carefully.. is it blind or anything?? or will it stunt its growth...
and how to cure it?? thanks alot....
cos got tempting offers for aros with dot in the eyes.

bro, i think tat is wat pple call diamond eye... no worries abt it... no need to cure, or shud i say no cure... it looks neat actually...
