Default Need help. Parrot fish has eye problem

Hi,

I noticed that one of my parrot fish is having an eye problrm on one side. The eye swells similiar to those goldfish.

I have atotal of 6 parrot fish and a chilli red aro in a 5th tank that is running via a 4th sump..rest of them are ok other than this particular parrot fish.

Could you pls advise wat I need to do to rectify this eye problem?

You can get it out and isolate it in its own tank. Just keep the water clean and well filtered. You can add in yellow powder if you want. You might soon see some pus developing under the membrane of the eye. If possible to squeeze out the pus, you can try to.

Try to take a pic so its easier for us to see and evaluate

It's probably injured it's eye. I'd use an antibiotic asap. Sera Baktopur would be good.
