AVA Licence for AF/CC Event

Hi guys

Due to the short preparation time we now have, I am starting to collate all the necessary information required for the application to AVA for approval to hold the event. The actual date of the event is not confirmed yet, but it'll be held in July 2009.

Please let me know the scientific name and common name of all the exhibits you wish to show at the event in this format:

Nick, Common Name, Scientific Name, Quantity

Eg:
1. D24, Red Arowana, Scleropages formosus, 1
2. zon, Black Ray, Potamotrygan leopoldi, 2

3. iluvredhm, Siamese Fighting Fish, Betta Splendens, 300pcs

P/S : It is best to have a LFS to support the event and have them
apply for the exhibition license. Of course, then, the LFS is deem
to be running the show. As the LFS has the appropriate licenses
in the shop, they are again deem more experienced.
If you can get QH to assist, it is even better.
