Damage side fin, Cut or not to cut!

Recently my tank of 5 aros fight again and i realise one of the aro the side fin (the hard portion part) look like it has been bend during the fight.

Its not broken off or hanging dangling just that it look like a thin plastic stick rod with bending done to it w/ white colour appearing and bended mark can be seen on it. it does look weak for this fin.

Can the pros here give me some advice if I should cut off the bend part and let the fin grow again or I jus have to wait for it to recover by itself?

It's the pectoral fins being fractured during fights. Since it is in a aro comm tank with 4 others, and having on going blushings, suggest juz leave it alone...
