Help needed for "ji luo"

Hi bro i just brought a ji luo tis morning from seaview, but i dun noe wat happen to it, scale keep dropping, turn up side down now.
Why is this so??? what can i do?

Dun noe can survived a not.

anyone help???

sounds like dropsy bro, currently, there is no definite cure for dropsy .
