why not make the centre piece of wood lie down and serve as a seperator between your riccia on the left and the hairgrass on the right? nice lush greenery btw=)

Try some rotala SP Green or Indica on the left and right side and try position the centre wood to horizontal side!

Rotala SP and Indica will look nice in the future as it can be trim to any type of shape that you like, it will grow bushy in future if you keep on trimming them!
