Default Ray Skin came Off and Chipped at Disc

Good Day Bros....i today discovered that part of my ray skin came off and there is a chip at the disc there...i was wondering what could have cause this problem....anyone can share with me their valuable experience regarding this problem?

i got 1 bichir 2 long body kong ming, 1 parrot fish and i pleco...which one might have attacked it....sibei sian....got it for 1 week plus nia ..

Likely your bichir or km. I'll remove the bichir out first if I were you.

Oky...i will do just now.. Normally this kind of injury will take how long for the ray to recover and other then maintaining good water parameter..is there any thing i need to take note of...??

cannot be ray biting each other..should be other tank mates..u may put some melafix if u want apart from maintaining good water..

bro, sure is yr other ray bite...as my superspot motoro also faced the same situation. Personally saw the male sp ray cling onto the female and bite the flesh out of it.
Mps don't wan to eat, only interested in bitting the female's flesh. In the end, traded the male one away...no choice lor

Mine had a similar experience with a pacu...sadly it didn't survive the attack and last only 2days (after the attack)...then up the lorry...

So angry that I isolated the pacu for more than 2months in a smaller tank...before I got another tankmate for him...

Now both pacu constantly on alert...being attacked by my gar...
