Electric Blue Ram

Hello,

I realize my newly bought electric blue ram is floating at a diagonal position just below the surface of the water. I have attached two photos, can someone help me?

There seem to be a long red wound just below the ram's belly:

Your fish seems to have dropsy or swollen stomach from 2nd picture, not so clear picture.

It does seem to have a swollen stomach, how do I go about treating it?

if it is bloated stomach you can try epsom salt. easily bought from guardian pharmacy.

Looks like bloated stomach. When u bot this fish ? i worry its due to the new water parameters as well.
