Juv silvers dying...
Hi bros,
I had wnted to comm silver aros but they keep dying after 3 days or so..In my 7footer i hv a few juv rays some 12incher peru greens and a pair of 7incher(Diameter) ERHs...cld ERHs kill my 7-8incher silvers...Tke note silvers hv no fatal bite marks but tail/fins was nimbled...prob after it died... Water para are ok and i used to house afew asian aros b4...So dis is weird to me.... Any bros hv advices to share...Keep putting in 5 juv silvers but they dun make it over the wkend...take note aros were healthy and stable...i've been fish keeping for awhile nw and dis situation puzzles me |

I'm assuming you have acclimatised the silvers slowly and not just releasing them straight from the bag into the tank?
Silvers are also quite hardy fish so I won't rule out any of the other tankmates giving fatal blows to the silvers... |

Dats what buffles me bro...silvers are rather hardy specimens....and yes u assume correctly bro...did release them slowly into comm tank...
tried twice...5 pcs each time and none survives.... |

hmm.... this is strange, but I suspect one or more of your tankmates probably attacked the newcomers.
