Default What is wrong with this Wild Heckel?

Got this fella recently from another bro, and today i saw this scar like thing on my heckel. Any bros can advise what is the problem with it? Or any bros would be so kind to adopt it and treat it back to health?

This piece poor "wild" heckel already condition not so good when he was letting go. You will have a lot of jobs to do to nurse this fish back to health, if you are lucky to make him survive and eats.

Take it as a lesson learned, next time, choose a healthy fish to start with, may be more expensive but less headache.
