Hair-like-worms on bichirs

Hey guys,

Need some help. I got back home and notice my bichirs are experiencing some "hair-like-worms" coating on their scales. This is the first time I am seeing something so visible. Anyone experienced and can recommend any meds or practice to get rid of em?
