Erm...water bug eat your shrimps too...anyway whatever it is...try remove any insect in your tank to prevent putting risk to your shrimp...

Yep I'm monitoring it. It's still very tiny to catch. Maybe it's like a water mite or something?

I think it's unavoidable to have such critters, as naturally they are part of the water eco system.
