this fellow got not many spots.. Especially the side view abt 80% is clear..

I have one thats quite similar to yours bro. Got it at seaview and its labeled as spotted gar. Wasnt so sure if its just another sp varient, does look like a spotted to me but heard that spotted gars are very rare in SG and most are florida gars that are actually labeled wrongly as spotted. Did some search on the internet and am still not sure....

Your's is a florida for sure, and so is his. Very nice near-spotless gar though, but what's wrong with its back? Is it me, or does its back looks a bit crooked?

maybe is the photo shot angle.
I kept it since it was a small and black..
Hopefully the colour maintain.. hehehe
