Hole in head disease
Hi, Any idea if the hole in head disease will spread to other fishes? It is eating very well and i only feed it tosa.
Here are my water parameters PH: 7.5 Ammonium: 0.5mg/l Nitrite: 0mg/l Nitrate: 50mg/l Temperature: 28C |

are the lateral lines affected ?
imo, the small little holes can be "sealed" up quite fast and easy with good water perimeters and wc but the enlarged holes along the lateral lines are quite tacky. It doesnt covers up as fast and as such, you dunno whether the hole in the head disease is cured or not ... |

It's a snakehead, noticed that it had a hole on it's head and currently afew more had appeared also.
I am not sure if medication should be use or should i try to let it heal itself. As it is still very active and eating greedy. But will this disease spread to other fishes? |
