Again treatment will be long, at least two weeks and check whether they start eating. Repeat treatment for another week if they don't eat after 1st treatment. Even after treatment, they will hard or slow to grow and the sickness can be back again.

totally agree on the part of switching med too quickly. patience is key. stress will kill them too

You can try Petmart for MQ4, they do sell.

From the looks, I feel that internal is secondary, the primary cause is slime and when it is not treated for a long time, fish gets weaker and internal.parasites sets in.

tetracycline dose right now. after that i gonna switch back to metro. read some where metro neturalise tetracyline effects. not sure true or not...

BTW for API tetracycline, anyone knows whats the procedure like? confusing.
