Pls help! bubble growth on ranchu

since last week i realised my ranchu's genitals getting more and more swollen.. yesterday i saw a bubble forming !! fish is a little less active these few days.. still eating very well though

any bros know why is this happening and what to do now?? is this fatal?

Looks normal to me... try feeding lesser

normal to have bubble formed? none of the other fishes have this and he does not have this previously.

I feed them only twice a day..

the bubble has grown much bigger now..
any bros knows whts going on? or do i need to bring it to the vet?
