PH control

Hey, the lightings problem do occur to me too. It does disrupt the PH meter reading. I using snail PH meter. Hmm... I will monitor afew more days to see the difference.Thanks very much for the kind advises...

my ph is 6 and if the light is on for awhile i take the reading it will be 6.2 like that hahaha abit too acidic

That's kinda low... but your shrimps are ok?

Can i say that the higher W & K for T5 tube we using the ph will go higher when lights are on? If yes means the only way is to redue the W or get a LED light.

Try both on my pinpoint ph monitor with AC power and DC power. Still same. When the lights are on the ph slowly go up and reach highest 6.8. And ph slowly go down when lights are off and lowest reach 6.5.

Only can confirm if it is really happening if you do concurrent checks with at test kit.

best is to test with a handheld pH meter at the same time.
