nowadays many people starting with small tanks. most important is just understand what is going on - usually people make the same mistake on a small tank that they would on a big tank.
but for sure i would not recommend many if any fish for the smaller tanks.

I do agree with the complications of smaller tanks, especially with those pico and nano tanks.

But sadly real estate is a real cost and the only alternative is paying for a really good LCD screen and a really good screen saver. Probably add speakers if you want the air pump, bubbles and other background sounds....

Small tank is possible. Lots of complications for smaller tanks and not recommended for many fish

I am thinking of shrimps.....or probably 1 or 2 blue damsels ?

How about the following (if can be found in LFS)
- Acanthemblemaria spinosa
- Marginated damsel
- Black barred convict goby
