No no. I didn't buy any from Straits. I bought a pair at the farm next to Ah Pek at Seletar Farmway 4. One of them the pic is in my gallery. No head growth at all but... I really like her curvy body.

Perhaps that's why he charged me $2 per pack coz it's not even for sale. He showed me the forzen bloodworms by feeding them to his discuss. One tab per tank... and it was quite a sight for me to see the usually still discuss coming alive going after the feed.

BTW, I also bought a small ice kachang plastic tub worth of salt. I think... $5. Nonit to say... sure I kenna ketok leow lah.

Are you sure is frozen bloodworms ? For what I know, they normally feed their discus and ranchu with frozen beef heart. If this is true, then $2 per pack of frozen beef heart is considered okay lah.....

i suspect that uncle may have sold him a pack of mosquito larvae...

No lah, they are really Hikari's frozen bloodworm that I bought. Ever since then I've been buying it regularly from neighbourhood LFS. My GF really enjoy the treat but I'm too cheapskate to feed them often enough.
