Default death of my 14" tig

My com tank consist of 1 XB, 1 Kel, 1 Tig and 1 ERH. Shocked to see my tig lying motionless at the bottom of the tank when i reached home last night. the gills are red in color and it is eating normally the night before. what could have caused the death? the other fishes are eating well after i cleared the tig.

Happened to me before as well. no signs of injury, was swimming as per normal the day before. No changes to tank, next morning motionless also. Tanks mates are well though, initally thought was water parameters went wrong. Checked and levels are safe. unexplainable...
