what is wrong with my fish !?

i have 8 blood parrot fish but this is the only fish that turns white and has some red/white spot on it's forehead and it is floating around the surface.

what is happening ?

Oh dear. It looks super sick bro. I think u better check ur water parameters before other fish falls sick too.

I think you quarantine the fish in another tank , add some epsom salt and do wc every 2 day to see if any improvement
