Default Combining medications?

I'm curious, Can Azoo anti endoparasite and Antiectoparasite be combined?
Or Prazigold and Azoo antiendoparasite?

Prazigold is an endo treatment? If it is maybe there is no point adding an endo with an endo med. But combining an ecto n an endo treatment made sense provided the combination is safe for the fishes.

Thabks prazi gold also takes care of flukes , but azoo anti endo doesn't but azoo can get rid of camaallanus worm but maybe I won't combine I was thinking more of preventive, but my new aro has protruding anus and chipped scales so thought of deworming
