By any chances u're feeding GF to your aro's? The appearing of red belly, mouth or nearing fins is commonly contracted from live GF feeders. The other possibility is seeding medias from a Koi's pond....immediate treatment with strong antibiotic and the concoction of salt. (sodium chloride, magnesium sulfate)
