ID this lobster
Hi all, saw this strange lobster/crayfish at all the stores at
C328. Seems to be a special shipment. Looks interesting but I have no idea what it is. It has feathery appendages near the mouth just like mountain shrimp, which means its probably a filter feeder (see the 2nd pic). It also has no claws, but instead seems to have claws adopted for digging... Very unique creature! Anyone has any idea? |

Looks like vampire shrimp (african giant filter shrimp).

Its not a lobster, but a shrimp. Its call cameroon shrimps. A rare import indeed.

Wow, thanks for the info bros! Sadly the shrimps kena snapped up damn fast. They were gone within 1 week. I remember they were going for $18 per piece. Hope they bring more in! Looks very interesting
