Most of the koi farm do have maintenance service provided by them.

Best you have to call them up and ask them the price and what they do for that amount of money you paid them to maintain the pond.

They should have a contract listed up on what they do during the maintenance of your pond.

Most likely the charges will be either base on per visit or per week or per month basis etc. Just my 2 yens.
