Plantium rtc body injury

Hi all senior.

Someone offer me his plant rtc but there is fin broken not very serious. However, there is redness near its tail area look like been biten or injury. Is it easily treatable? The fish does not look stress though.

Basically red tail cat are tough fish, but the redness near the fin area besides injury,it could also due to high bioload when it was in the tank

You got pic? The redness could be natural as they are red tail cat.
