Electric blue ram acting weird

Hello all peeps out there,

I recently have this electric blue ram. Today suddenly saw that it keeps swimming at surface one corner. then got white stringy poo. I thought its sick like going to uplorry but it still has its very electric blue colour and eating.

Being a very panic fishkeeper, i faster half dose my pet fran internal parasite for my 85 litre tank. Inside got many other ram and scale-less fish so i always half dose first.

Then immediately, my fish like okay... but later i check again its hanging around at the corner of the tank at the top and head tilt down.. but later again can swim downwards and still eat when i feed it.

Should i be worried? I already treated my tank with PetFran internal parasite.
