Bro from the pic cannot tell at all. Just maintain good water, but if you're worried can use abit of epsom (magna) salt.

Isn't dropsy starts by being bloated? He is new to me and he suddenly become so fat, yes i love him being fat but it grew too fast. And the scales aren't very flat, that's why the concern. Haha

Bro,

There are many types of "dropsy".

They can be caused by:
1. Overfeeding
2. Water Too cold
3. Water not good
4. Internal infection
5. Water detention => could be some illness or internal organs' failure/infection

1 to 3 easy to treat
4 and 5 must treat earlier or else high chances of fish returning to the maker.
