No guys, i deleted the thread to make way for the new one which will be up soon.
Too many stickys around makes it hard to navigate through the threads. Didn't want any distractions to the topic too, will post with complete pics and prices, once i get a confirmation of who's the person in charge and each zone rep. This way the i can refer orders to the zone reps properly. Cheers, Jerome |

Hi folks,
Instead of separating into different zones, why not separate into the different GRCs? It would be easier and more convenient for everyone. |

Here how it goes in simpler terms (casino talking here ) Lets assume the person in charge of the $ is called - Banker The buyers are the - Players Players will add their names/contact numbers/size of the shirts/quantity of the shirts in the list in a sticky thread created by Jerome Then the Banker (POSB only, i will suggest) will pm those in the list his POSB A/C number. After transfering the money, the Player will update the list with the comment *$25 transfered on 1/4/2005* and pm Banker his A/C number with the time/date of transfer and the most important is the transaction number which is unique and doesnt repeat itself which is printed out in a receipt from the ATM. The Banker will double check the details, amount and the Player's nick against the list and his POSB statement During the closing date, for those who hadnt transfered, the Banker who had done his homework of having all interested parties' numbers will CALL them and ask them for the money. On the closing date itself, NO TRANSACTIONS will be entertained and everything is settled. Those who hadnt paid up will be taken out from the list. I can foresee there may be some leftover shirts as we do have a minimum amount of shirts to order don't we? Those leftover shirts should be kept by someone and those keen to buy the leftover shirts will have to cater to the someone's time and place of convenience to get the shirt Have I left out anything here? Someone can add on anything from here? Last edited by |ceberg; 15-03-2005 at 03:05 AM. |

dont even know which GRC we fall into. Wow, you make this something like an election haha Think we better stick to the original idea of segragating into the 4 zones to make things simpler Anyway, you shall be the 'MP' for the East ok? |

Exactly my point. So i don't see how this would really go wrong.
Yes we have to purchase a minimum of 40 - 50 T shirts. If the figures are not met, the prices may have to be increased or the whole T shirt idea scrapped. So gather orders furiously! I'll add that the Zone Reps would PM the others their contact number so they can call / sms him when they've completed the transfer and he can check. Also all zone reps must collect full addresses (including postcal codes) of all his buyers for insurance purposes (i'll explain when something crops up **touch wood**) Cheers, Jerome |

of 50 shirts and in the end we get 35 orders. There seems to be a practice somewhere that the mods HAHA will absorb the rest of the 15 shirts. Errrr, maybe you, mandz and john will like to consider that? Dun worry, think the response will be good. So this worry is undue Now brings to mind one thing, for those leftover shirts, how bout asking vincent and victor to keep it over there? They can also sell off the shirts to walk-in customers.Hmmmm doenst this makes them the 'Banker'? The official LFS for the shirt-Gratiola HAHA. Maybe they should be the sponsors for the shirt To add on to your point above, the PLAYERS will add in the additional info of 'Prefered Zone of collection', if not how will the Reps know whom to contact? Goes something like this Player/9XXXXXXX/L/1 shirt/West |

I can help out in the North side for distribution purpose with Iceberg.
I let Iceberg take care of the Banker issue while I assist him in the distribution issue. I'm staying in Woodlands so it's "exactly" in the North Let's get the ball rolling once the finalised design had been put up by Jerome. Current Reps for the respective zone:- North: |ceberg, aCe^bOwleRz South: East: ZhiQiang West: andrewtyr |

Come to think of it, i'm finding it hard to define the south zone.
Can someone name me a place in the south without overlapping others? Cheers, Jerome |

Remember there's this zonal stuff during NCC days in school. Maybe students here belonging to uniform groups can advise? Last edited by coryfav; 15-03-2005 at 12:46 PM. |
