Your aro sounds like it could be a bit stressed.
Any other tank mates ?
Water parameters are all good ?
Sometimes the fish can stress themselves out for no apparent reason. They can turn off their usual food as a result.
Try turning off aquarium lighting for about a week at first to see if it settles down. Try feeding live crickets. If it won't eat them, then it most likely won't eat anything else. Keep trying until it does. It's important to keep water parameters STABLE. No big water changes, and keep ph / temp of change water as close to tank water as possible.

Tks bro Itchy. Will try out as suggested. Meanwhile any recommendations on those more reliable brand? Tks. Btw just an update on my aro behaviour. Was recommened to use AZOO Arowana Magic Treatment solution. Simple application and had tried out for a week liao. Now much better leh. Appetite slowly picking up. No more symptons as mentioned in my earlier post. Now only thing is being picky - crickets only. Waiting for a few more days for aro to stabilize then train to eat SW. Hope it wll work.
