There are couple of fish doctors in Singapore who has been accredited for their effort in treatment of arowana. Just that being a hobbiyist, we tend to treat our fishes till it die
Bringing your aro to vet now is too stressful at this stage.
Yeah lor. Not only the 24" aro stress, I also stressed!

Try to get the fish upright by trapping the fish with separators as mentioned - water level should be reasonable enough to ensure fish do not dip or struggle out of the trap. I have used this technique successfully before on a smaller fish, and I put in sponges as side support and also from below the fish (so as to have a higher water level).
However, it took a long time for my fish to recover, it was in that position for a month without food. But after that, it was as good as new. Aeration must be good, I used airstones as well as a pump, but the bubbles should not blow into the aro's face. The aro was actually quite comfortable being trapped. Before, it was floating on it's side after trying several times to swim downwards from the surface without success.

Should try to get a vet's advice asap if you do not want to take the risk.

bro, try to reduce or stop feeding and add Epsom salt. Usually swim bladder can be cured this way, so as bro mentioned, try getting ktp extract.

really hope this aro can survive this ordeal.

update us soon

I've reduced the water level to six and the half inches, exactly the height just covering my aro body. She had been trying to get upright but to no avail. However due to the little amount of water, i need to change the water every other day as it gets quite cloudy. There is also an airstone in the tank at full blast.
Any other advises?

You never use 2 plastic dividers to help her keep upright? Stop feeding her and get an internal filter.

Bro, I never use two plastic dividers...she normally will dash around trying to get up so the plastic is useless?
