Default Can 1 FR contain Rowa and De nitrate ?

Both rowaphos and de nitrate need FR to work properly and efficiently.
Anyone ever try to put both in 1 FR.
But of course need to separate them maybe by a basket.
So the water can flow through both nicely
Please share your view

Why do you want to do that?

If you place both of them with in the same FR then your chances of having the De nitrate working is very slim. Why?

Reason being when the De nitrate is working; it's time to replace the Rowa and you kaboom the De nitrate. Right?

FR is so inexpensive nowadays (less than $40) and IMO you use a 1500 L/H pump and t-off to the 2 FRs which is more efficient.

Don't be penny wise and pound foolish ...
